NEX Group names new CEO for post trade division

NEX Group Plc said Jenny Knott has decided to resign as CEO of NEX Optimisation, the company's post trade division, amid a restructuring of the business.

Knott, who joined ICAP in August 2015 before the company was renamed to NEX Group, will remain with the group for a period to ensure an orderly handover. She said she will "pursue new entrepreneurial opportunities" following her resignation.

Ken Pigaga, global COO of NEX Group, will replace Knott, effective immediately, but will remain as a director of NEX Group's board, while Sam Wren will take over as global COO in addition to her current role as group CFO.
