*Pandora Media Inc.unveiled managementteam changes on March28. Current independent board member Jim Feuille will serve as chairman of thecompany's board.

* Inmore Pandora news, the company saidMarch 23 that it is expanding the size of its board to 10 seats from nine withthe addition of Anthony Vinciquerra as an independent director. Vinciquerrawill join the board as a class III director and will be included in Pandora'sproxy statement for election at the company's 2017 annual stockholders meeting.Since 2011, he has been a senior adviser to Texas Pacific Group in thetechnology, media and telecom sectors. Vinciquerra served as chairman and CEO ofFox Networks Group, now a unit of 21stCentury Fox Inc.

*Beasley Broadcast Group Inc.CEO George Beasley is on a medicalleave of absence, but will continue to serve as the company'schairman. CFO Caroline Beasley will serve as interim CEO for the duration ofthe leave, according to a March 18 news release.

*Angie's List Inc.said March 17 thatMike Sands is joining its board. Sands, whose appointment expands the Angie'sList board to 12 directors, will serve as a class II director. Sands is CEO andco-founder of real-time, cross-channel marketing technology company Signal.Previously, Sands held positions including chief marketing officer and COO atOrbitz Worldwide Inc.,now owned by Expedia Inc.

*Viacom Inc.said March 16 thatits board created anew role of lead independent director and appointed Frederic Salerno to thenewly created position. Salerno's primary responsibilities will includecoordinating the activities of the independent directors and serving as aliaison between Executive Chairman, President and CEO Philippe Dauman and otherindependent directors. Salerno previously served as vice chairman and CFO ofVerizon Communications Inc.
