Voya Financial lowers credit agreement's borrowing capacity

Voya FinancialInc. amended the terms of a Feb. 14, 2014, revolving , reducing thetotal borrowing capacity to $2.25 billion.

According to a regulatory filing, the amendment also extendsthe term of the agreement to May 6, 2021. An aggregate amount of up to $2.25billion is available for issuances of letters of credit, with up to a $750million sublimit of that $2.25 billion available for direct borrowings.
