Moody's upgrades Cotiviti Holdings

Moody's has upgraded Cotiviti Holdings Inc.'s corporate family rating to B1from B2 and probability of default rating to B1-PD from B2-BD.

Moody's also assigned a speculative grade liquidity ratingof SGL-1 to the company.

The outlook is stable.

The B1 corporate family rating reflects Cotiviti's ongoingrevenue growth, relatively modest scale, sustained profit margins and significantdeleveraging, Moody's said. The stable outlook is based on the rating agency's expectationfor revenue and profitability growth, as the aging U.S. population and risingcosts of health care drive the growth of health care claims and volumes.
