French investment firm Ardian and asset manager Prelios SGR SpA created an Italian multi-sector, fixed-capital real estate investment company.
The new company, which will be entirely owned by an Ardian-manged fund and managed by Prelios, has already acquired an office building in Milan from Sator Immobiliare SGR SpA. The property has a gross area of about 9,300 square meters and will be revamped to offer grade A office space.
GVA Redilco served as commercial adviser, while Gattai Minoli Agostinelli Partners acted as administrative due diligence adviser. REAAS advised on the technical and environmental due diligence.
Chiomenti and Umberto Borzi assisted Ardian in the new company formation process, as well as Prelios SGR in the initial investment.
