Coro Mining Corp. on Dec. 14 said it plans to raise C$5.3 million through a nonbrokered private placement of up to 37,522,857 common shares at 14 cents apiece, subject to approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange.
The company will use the proceeds to build out facilities at its Berta copper project, for further exploration at its Marimaca copper project and for general working capital. Both properties are in Chile.
