Private equity firm Riverside Co. acquired Northern Colorado Traffic Control, an outsourced traffic management provider, and added it to its Area Wide Protective platform.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Colorado-based Northern Colorado Traffic Control provides a of range traffic control services such as full equipment and personnel packages, traffic planning and work zone set-up, according to a May 23 release.
Area Wide Protective platform offers temporary traffic management solutions to different types of customers, including telecommunications companies and utility contractors.
Cohn Reznick served as accounting adviser in connection with the deal, while Kirkland & Ellis served as legal counsel.
