Marc Lefar has joined RentPath LLC as president and CEO of the company,effective immediately.

Lefar, who previously served VonageHoldings Corp. as CEO from 2008 to 2014, currently serves on theboards of ClassPass and IPC Systems, as well as on the U.S. President'sNational Security Telecommunications Advisory Board, the company said April 4.

Kim Payne, who has been serving as interim CEO of the company, will resume herlongtime role as CFO.
