FERC approves stake sale of SunEdison solar facilities

SunE Wind Holdings Inc. secured FERC approval March 31 tosell indirect votingsecurities in certain Utah-based solar projects.

The projects involved are the Enterprise, Escalante Solar I, , ,Granite Mountain Solar,Granite Mountain Solar Eastand Iron Springs Solarfacilities.

An investor group comprising the Northwestern University, D.E. Shaw & Co. LP and Madison Dearborn Partners LLC are purchasing the stakeas part of a broader dealwith SunEdison Inc.,which owns SunE Wind Holdings.
