Nemaska Lithium raises C$69.0M, graduates to TSX

NemaskaLithium Inc. said July 8 that it has raised C$69.0 million throughits previously announced publicoffering.

The company issued 60,000,100 units, including the exerciseof the overallotment option in full, at C$1.15 each.

Proceeds from the offering will be used for engineering feesin relation to the Whabouchi lithium project and concentrator and theShawinigan hydromet plant, down payments for long lead items, drilling and forgeneral working capital purposes.

The company also said it has graduated to the TSX with allof its common shares, including common shares and warrants issued in theoffering, to commence trading on the TSX. The common shares will trade underthe stock symbol NMX and the warrants under the symbol NMX.WT.

The graduation also effectively delists the company's commonshares from the TSX Venture Exchange.
