Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Reliance Partners LLC is acquiring Sacramento, Calif.-based CTS Insurance Agency LLC, Insurance Journal reported.

Terms of the transaction were reportedly not disclosed.

David Hicks, president of the acquired entity, will lead the new office in Sacramento, according to the report.
