Main Street board declares semiannual supplemental cash dividend

Main Street Capital Corp.'s board declared a semiannual supplemental cash dividend of 27.5 cents per share.

It will be paid in addition to the monthly fourth-quarter cash dividends of 58.5 cents per share, or 19.5 cents per share for each of October, November and December.

The supplemental cash dividend is payable Dec. 27 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 18. It has an ex-dividend date of Dec. 17.

In June, the company paid a semiannual supplemental cash dividend of 27.5 cents per share.
