Citycon pays €60M for 2nd part of Copenhagen shopping center

Citycon Oyj spent roughly €60 million to purchase the second and the largest part of the Straedet shopping center in the Greater Copenhagen area.

The company bought the asset's first portion in July for about €12 million and it is expected that the final part will be acquired in the second quarter of 2018.

In total, the 40-unit Straedet will have a gross leasable area of about 19,000 square meters. It will be anchored by two grocery retailers, along with clothing brand H&M and a cinema, among other tenants.
