ICAP COO pulls out of future role at TP ICAP

Tullett PrebonPlc said ICAPPlc Global COO Ken Pigaga decided not to serve as COO of TP ICAP,the enlarged company that will emerge on completionof Tullett Prebon's acquisition of ICAP's global hybrid voice broking andinformation business.

It was originally intended that Pigaga would resign from ICAP and beappointed to the board of TP ICAP as COO and a director, the latter subject toapproval by the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority. Tullett Prebon said it willmake an announcement regarding the COO role at TP ICAP in due course.

Tullett Prebon added that it remains confident the transactionis on track to close in 2016.
