GLP puts dormant Japanese unit in voluntary liquidation

Following a ¥51.6 billion divestment of four properties in Japan, Global Logistic Properties Ltd. placed a dormant Japanese subsidiary in voluntary liquidation.

According to a release, the liquidation of Funabashi Two Logistic Special Purpose Co. is expected to have no effect on GLP's net tangible assets and EPS for financial year ending March 31, 2018.

As of Oct. 13, US$1 was equivalent to ¥111.94.
