Patten, Maine-based KatahdinBankshares Corp. announced April 14 that vice chairman and directorHarold Stewart II resigned from its board.

According to Chairman Steven Richardson, Stewart is set to becomea Maine Superior Court Justice on April 14, which prohibits him from serving onthe company's board.

Stewart joined the board in 2004 and was appointed vice chairin 2013.
