Antares co-CEO, founding partner to retire

John Martin, co-CEO of Antares Capital, will retire at the end of April, leaving David Brackett as sole CEO of the specialty finance firm.

Brackett and Martin were founding partners of the firm in 1996 and have served as co-CEOs since 2015.

Antares is a private debt credit manager and provider of financing solutions for middle-market private equity-backed transactions.
