Florida utility JEA seeks bids for coal supply in Northside station

Florida utility JEA is seeking bids for 35,000 short tons plus or minus 10% of coal for its Northside Generating Station in Jacksonville.

All proposals must be submitted before May 29 at 1 p.m. ET, and the successful bidder will be notified by June 5 at 2 p.m. ET.

The tentative date for delivery is during any period between July 5 and July 14.

Bid forms submitted for a solicitation may be examined by writing the request to JEA Fuel Management Services, Tower 10, 21 West Church St., Jacksonville, Fla., 32202-3139, or by faxing to JEA Fuel Management Services at (904) 665-7345.

A disclosure form and a conflict of interest certificate, if applicable, must be submitted along with the bidder form.
