Sompo International Holdings Ltd. appointed Steven Grippo senior vice president of Sompo Pro, where he will lead the unit's U.S. architects and engineers practice.

Grippo was most recently product line manager at American International Group Inc. unit Lexington Insurance Co., where he was responsible for underwriting architects and engineers professional liability business in the northeast U.S., Canada, CorRisk SME segment and national branch wholesale platform.
