T-Mobile prices $1B debt offering

T-Mobile USInc. unit T-Mobile USA Inc. has agreed to sell $1 billion of 6.000%senior notes due 2024in a registered public offering.

The notes offering is scheduled to close on April 1, subjectto satisfaction of customary closing conditions, the company said March 29.T-Mobile expects to use the net proceeds from this offering for the purchase of700 MHz A-block spectrum and other spectrum purchases.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Citigroup Global MarketsInc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Barclays Capital Inc. and Goldman Sachs &Co. are the joint book-running managers for the notes offering. Credit SuisseSecurities (USA) LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and RBC Capital Markets LLCare the co-managers for the notes offering.
