Options Clearing Corp. named Amy Shelly senior vice president and CFO, effective Dec. 5.

Shelly replaces Kim McGarry. Most recently, Shelly was interim CFO for a private equity portfolio company.

Also, James Pribel was appointed first vice president of treasury, a new role. Pribel, a former executive director and treasurer at CME Group, has been providing treasury and financial management support for OCC as a consultant since January.

Joe Adamczyk, OCC's first vice president and deputy general counsel, was promoted to senior vice president and chief compliance officer. Adamczyk succeeds Richard Wallace.

The appointments of Pribel and Adamczyk are effective immediately.
