Houston-based Keais Records Service LLC, a national providerof outsourced document retrieval services, has merged with Second Image National Inc., a California-basedprovider of technology-enabled document retrieval, storage and organization servicesto the insurance and legal industries.

Healthcare Growth Partners LLC advised Keais on the transaction,while Willkie Gallagher & Farr LLP served as its legal counsel. Clark &Trevithick served as legal counsel for Second Image.

Keais, a portfolio company of CapStreet Group LLC, is led by CEO Newton Ross. Second Imageis led by President Norm Fogwell.
