Lower-middle-market investor 424 Capital acquired a majority stake in healthcare-focused internet marketing solutions provider Practis Inc., along with Eagle Private Capital LLC and Plexus Capital.

The sellers are Practis founder Elizabeth Pettrone and CEO John Pettrone Jr., who will remain investors and active managers in the business.
