Rockwood senior managing partner taking new role

Rockwood Capital LLC Senior Managing Partner and co-founder Peter Falco will transition to the role of senior strategic adviser, effective in January 2018.

Falco will advise the firm on client strategies, global capital flow trends and policy initiatives that impact domestic real estate investment. Managing Partner Tyson Skillings will take on oversight of the client outreach efforts that Falco previously coordinated.

In addition, Rockwood has hired Alexia Gottschalch as a managing director and global head of client strategy, based in the New York office. Gottschalch joined the firm from J.P. Morgan Asset Management – Global Real Assets, where she was head of business development and client strategy for real estate in the Americas.
