Fidelity NationalFinancial Inc. reported second-quarter adjusted net earnings attributableto FNF Group common shareholders of $207 million, or 74 cents per share, comparedwith $187 million, or 65 cents per share, in the year-ago quarter.
The S&P Capital IQ consensus adjusted EPS estimate for thequarter was 66 cents.
Fidelity's net earnings attributable to FNF Group common shareholdersfor the quarter were $187 million, or 67 cents per share, compared with $160 million,or 56 cents per share, in the second quarter of 2015.
Total revenue was $2.13 billion, up from $2.00 billion in theprior-year quarter.
The company's title segment reported total premiums and escrowof $1.78 billion for the quarter, up from $1.68 billion year over year.
FNF Ventures, a tracking stock established to highlight the inherentvalue of the portfolio companies of Fidelity National, reported net earnings attributableto common shareholders of $10 million. FNF Ventures reported $10 million in netearnings attributable to common shareholders in the year-ago quarter as well.
