PSP Swiss Property pays CHF190M for 9-property portfolio

PSP Swiss Property AG acquired a nine-property Swiss portfolio comprising a total letting area of 15,400 square meters from Edmond de Rothschild (Suisse) SA for CHF190 million.

Five of the properties in the portfolio are in Geneva's banking district, two are in Lugano and one each are in Lausanne and Fribourg.

Transfer of ownership is set to occur Feb. 1, 2018, with Edmond de Rothschild remaining single or main tenant in all the buildings.
