Rabobank New Zealand names new CEO

The board of Rabobank New Zealand Ltd. proposed to appoint Todd Charteris as CEO, subject to regulatory approval.

Charteris will replace Daryl Johnson, who will resign from the role at the end of December. Charteris has been with the bank since 2000 and most recently served as national manager for Country Banking Australia.

Rabobank Australia & New Zealand Group Managing Director Peter Knoblanche will act as interim CEO until Charteris takes office.

Rabobank is the ultimate parent of Rabobank New Zealand and Rabobank Australia & New Zealand Group.
