Unilever NV repurchases more shares

Unilever NV repurchased 3,552,341 of its ordinary shares June 26-30, according to a regulatory filing. The average price of €49.28 per share, with the highest price paid per share being €50.65 and the lowest price paid per share being €48.11.

The company repurchased 2,846,081 more ordinary shares July 3-7 for an average price of €48.19 per share, with the highest price paid per share being €48.70 and the lowest price paid per share being €47.42.

From July 10-14, the company repurchased 1,774,988 of its ordinary shares for an average price of €48.88 per share, with the highest price paid per share being €49.67 and the lowest price paid per share being €48.11.

The company bought back 2,173,166 of its ordinary shares July 17-21 for an average price of €49.65 per share, with the highest price paid per share being €50.28 and the lowest price paid per share being €49.15.

The company further repurchased 2,868,064 of its ordinary shares July 24-28 for an average price of €49.60 per share, with the highest price paid per share being €50.20 and the lowest price paid per share being €49.07.

The shares repurchases are part of its previously announced €5 billion share repurchase program.
