Matthew Lucco, secretary of Emclaire Financial Corp and senior vice president and chief risk and strategy officer of its unit Farmers National Bank of Emlenton, is set to resign his positions, effective Aug. 23.

Lucco is departing "to pursue other business interests," according to a Form 8-K filed by the Emlenton, Pa.-based company.
