HVIVO PLC said Jaime Ellertson is stepping down as a nonexecutive director of the company, effective immediately.

Ellertson joined the London-based drug discovery and development company as nonexecutive chairman in June 2014 and was replaced by Trevor Phillips in the role in November 2017.

Since 2011, Ellertson has been the CEO and chairman of Everbridge Inc., a U.S.-based software development company.
