Clairvest Group invests $8.7M in waste management firm

Canadian asset manager Clairvest Group Inc. and Clairvest Equity Partners V led a $32 million investment in U.S.-based waste management and recycling company DTG Recycling Group, along with existing shareholders.

Clairvest Group accounted for $8.7 million of the total investment amount.

The investment is Clairvest's 55th platform investment, and the 11th made by its Fund V. The Clairvest/Clairvest Equity Partners V co-investment pool is capitalized at $600 million, and focuses on equity investments in growth companies.
