China Galaxy Securities Co. Ltd.'s board approved the nomination of three board directors.

The company named Xiao Lihong and Zhang Tianli nonexcutive directors, while Liu Chun was named an independent director.

The company's supervisory board also approved the nomination of Fang Yan as a nonemployee representative supervisor.

The appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
