AT&T Inc.and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers reached two tentative agreementscovering about 3,000 former DIRECTV employees in 14 states.
The former employees joined AT&T as part of its of DIRECTV in July2015. The agreements cover more than 1,600 field services employed from 14 states,and 1,300 call center employees located in Boise, Idaho, and Missoula, Mont.
The agreements, which focus on wages, healthcare, pension andwork rules, will later be put to vote to the union's membership.
