Two River Bancorp approves new $2M share repurchase program

Tinton Falls, N.J.-based Two River Bancorp, the parent of Two River Community Bank, announced a share repurchase program Dec. 15 that allows it to buy back up to $2 million of its common stock between Jan. 1, 2017, and Dec. 31, 2017.

Under its former share repurchase programs, Two River Bancorp repurchased about 297,200 shares at $8.03 per share, totaling approximately $2.4 million.
