Sri Lanka-based Commercial Credit and Finance PLC appointed Boris Blaise Zschorsch a nonexecutive director, effective May 25.

Zschorsch is deputy CFO of Group Lease PCL, which holds 95,390,500 shares of Commercial Credit and Finance, according to a June 12 release. Sri Lanka's central bank has approved the appointment.
