* An affiliate of IMT Capital sold the 264-unit Florida Club apartments on almost 18 acres at 7933 Venture Center Way in Boynton Beach, Fla., to Cortland Partners for $54.5 million, The Real Deal reported, citing property records.

* A Boyd Watterson Asset Management LLC affiliate purchased a two-story, 140,000-square-foot building at 9838 Old Placerville Road and three adjacent land parcels on Bradview Drive near Sacramento, Calif., for about $32.6 million from POPI LP, the Sacramento Business Journal reported.

* Grand Peaks Properties Inc., through an affiliate, paid $24.4 million to Gardens at Nova Manor for the 140-unit, 144,673-square-foot Gardens at Nova Apartments complex at 6777 College Manor in Davie, Fla., The Real Deal reported.

* Parallel Capital Partners Inc. purchased Angelo Gordon & Co. LP's stake in the jointly owned 20-story Two Arizona Center office building in Phoenix for an undisclosed amount, the Phoenix Business Journal reported.

* Four Corners Property Trust acquired a triple-net-leased Red Lobster restaurant in Pennsylvania for $1.8 million.

* Seefried Industrial Properties Inc. plans to build a 1,016,041-square-foot warehouse building on more than 94 acres at the Triad Business Park in Kernersville, N.C., as a "proposed non-sort fulfillment center," the Triad Business Journal reported, citing plans filed with the city.
