John Gildersleeve will leave his post as chairman and a nonexecutive director of diversified real estate investment trust British Land Co. PLC, effective July 19.

Gildersleeve will be replaced as chairman by Tim Score, who has been an independent nonexecutive director and chair of the REIT's audit committee.

Rebecca Worthington will succeed Score as chair of the audit committee. Worthington has been an independent nonexecutive director and member of the committee since January 2018.
