Clayton Dubilier & Rice LLC appointed Nathan Sleeper as its new CEO, succeeding Donald Gogel, who will remain chairman.

The private investment firm also appointed David Novak and Richard Schnall as co-presidents, effective Jan. 1, 2020.

Clayton noted that Sleeper, Novak and Schnall will continue in their investment roles.

David Wasserman will continue as a senior partner until 2019-end and then take on the role of senior adviser.
