Roderick Ellis will step down as Invesco Ltd.'s group controller and chief accounting officer to accept a new position within the company, effective March 1.

Ellis will work with his successor, Annette Lege, in the interim to ensure a smooth transition. His move within the company is not the result of any issue or concern with the company's accounting, financial reporting or internal control over financial reporting.

Lege is head of finance's global business services and transformation management office within Invesco.
