Apparel retailer H&M Hennes & Mauritz AB (publ) will launch a Swedish commercial paper program in May, providing short-term financing with a maturity of up to 12 months.
The program is intended to increase financing flexibility in short-term liquidity management.
Svenska Handelsbanken is the arranger for the program and an issuing agent, along with SEB and Danske Bank.
