Freddie Mac prices $979M structured pass-through certificates offering

Freddie Machas priced an offering of $979 million worth of structured pass-through certificates,backed by floating-rate multifamily mortgages with 10-year terms.

The certificates are expected to settle on or about July 25.

The certificates are backed by corresponding classes issued bythe FREMF 2016-KF18 Mortgage Trust and guaranteed by Freddie Mac. The trust willalso issue certificates consisting of the class B, C and R certificates, which willnot be guaranteed by Freddie Mac.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc.are co-lead managers and joint book runners for the offering. Amherst Pierpont SecuritiesLLC, Jefferies LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Ramirez & Co. Inc. are acting as co-managers.
