Diebold Nixdorf Inc. said interim CFO Jeffrey Rutherford will fill that position on a permanent basis.

The company also named Julian Sparkes senior vice president and chief digital officer, while Hermann Wimmer will become senior vice president of the global retail division.

Sparkes previously worked at data analytics company PRGX Global Inc.

Wimmer previously was chief revenue officer of digital identity and access management company ForgeRock AS He replaces Mark Brewer, who has left the company to pursue other opportunities.
