Invenergy Renewables LLC completed the sale of 90.1% of controlling ownership interests in two wind farms in Nebraska to a subsidiary of Excelsior Renewable Energy Investment Fund I LP.

The wind projects are the 73.39-MW Prairie Breeze II Wind Project and 35.8-MW Prairie Breeze III Wind Energy Center wind projects near Petersburg, Neb.

The transaction was completed Jan. 3. Invenergy Renewables is a subsidiary of Invenergy LLC. (FERC docket EC20-14)
