Blaze Partners acquired two multifamily properties in metro Atlanta from Brand Properties for approximately $133.0 million.

The properties comprise the 309-unit Stadium Walk class A luxury community in Cobb County's Cumberland submarket and the 299-unit Overlook at Huntcrest apartment community in Gwinnett County's Sugarloaf submarket.
