Allscripts Healthcare Solution has agreed to acquire certain assets relating to NantHealth Inc.'s provider and patient engagement solutions business.

Consideration for the transaction is the 15 million common shares of NantHealth owned by the company. The transaction also includes adjustments for working capital and deferred revenue obligations, as well as a modification of the commercial agreement between the parties.

The deal's completion is subject to customary conditions.
