Kimberly Harris retired as CEO and a director of both Puget Energy Inc. and Puget Sound Energy Inc., effective Jan. 2.

On Jan. 3, Mary Kipp, currently president of the companies, assumed the roles vacated by Harris.

Before joining the companies in August 2019, Kipp served as president, CEO and director of El Paso Electric Co. since May 2017.
