Bank of AmericaCorp. appointed John Thiel as vice chairman of global wealth andinvestment management, effective Jan. 1, 2017.

Thiel, who is the current head of Merrill Lynch Wealth Management,will be replaced by Andy Sieg. Sieg has more than 20 years of experience atMerrill Lynch and serves as head of the global wealth and retirement solutionsdivision.
