DISH NetworkCorp. and SunbeamTelevision Corp. reached a one-week extension as the companies workto reach a new retransmission consent agreement, Multichannel News reported July 24.

Sunbeam stations will reportedly go dark for DISHsubscribers if the parties fail to reach a new agreement by July 29, whileearlier the deal was set to expire on July 22.

Sunbeam is currently also in a in Boston and Miami withAT&T Inc.'sDIRECTV.
