Castellum to acquire land near Säve Airport, Sweden, for 1.1B kronor

Swedish real estate company Castellum AB plans to acquire all of Serneke Group AB's real estate assets in and around the Säve Airport in Sweden for at least 1.1 billion kronor.

The transaction comprises five adjacent properties, totaling about 3 million square meters, which will be developed for logistics and production use.

Castellum financed the purchase with its operating revenues and available credit.

As of Dec. 21, US$1 was equivalent to 9.00 Swedish kronor.
