Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko tapped Maxim Yermolovich as the country's finance minister, the Belarusian Telegraph Agency reported.

Yermolovich had been first deputy finance minister since 2014.

Lukashenko recently replaced the country's prime minister and dismissed several vice-premiers and ministers for economy and industry.
